Welcome! I’m Vicky Johnson, a certified professional portrait photographer with over 20 years of experience, based in Arvada, Colorado, near the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of capturing life’s most special moments for families, children, and schools. From intimate family portrait sessions to large-scale school photography, I’ve photographed thousands of students from the Twin Cities down to Dallas/Ft. Worth, bringing my passion for photography to both personal and professional milestones.

My love for photography began at a young age, inspired by watching my grandfather develop photos in his basement darkroom. And later watching my dad with a camera. That early fascination ignited a lifelong passion, and I’ve been dedicated to capturing everything from daily moments to major milestones ever since. I’m currently exploring new creative avenues through personal projects, including wildlife photography, which allows me to further expand my artistic horizons.
